First-Time Homebuyer Credit Extended to April 30, 2010; Some Current Homeowners Now Also Qualify

I hope that everyone has heard about the extension of the first-time homebuyers tax credit. However, did you know that the law also offers a long-time resident credit of up to $6,500 for those that don't qualify as first-time homebuyers?
